The hotel is ideally located, easily accessible from Dubai Mall and other key places. The rooms, although initially not on the same floor as requested, were eventually arranged with a spacious and homey yet elegant interior. The staff at Double Trees are exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any question or demand.

However, arranging for towels on the same floor took a bit of time during check-in. The service was exceptional, especially with how helpful they were with our kids and providing daily notes. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
